Day 13 + Day 14: 30 Day Ab Challenge + Insanity

Day 13

60 Sit-Ups

75 Crunches

40 Leg Raises

50 Second Plank

Insanity: Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Basketball Practice: 3 Hours outside in 80 degree weather

Day 14

65 Sit-Ups

85 Crunches

42 Leg Raises

55 Second Plank

Insanity: Rest Day

~Day 13 was brutal. First was 3 hour practice from 7AM-10AM then I napped and woke up to Insanity and I did the Ab Challenge. I was hellaspent and hellatired. Day 14 was the rest day I needed even though I still had Ab Challenge. I still don’t break a sweat when doing them and I’m able to get through them pretty much alright. Gotta keep going though. Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop.

Ab Challenge Rest Day

Insanity: Cardio Power and Resistance

~ Woooweee the ab challenge is getting difficult. Starting to break that sweat when I do it. Insanity Cardio Recovery … is still hard as hell. I am not that flexible and just makes it difficult to hold every position. Cardio Power and Resistance is always tough but its a matter of always pushing yourself to the max when you do insanity and thats what will keep you improving. Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop.
